Our favourite thing to do is drink wine and eat cheese so we thought we would share a nice cheesy appetizer to share with friends. Our favourite place to treat our selves to amazing cheese is from Haltwhistle Cheese Company.
Ingredients
- Wheel of your favourite soft cheese such as brie or gorganzola or both if you really want to party
- Baby potatoes
- lemon
- Asparagus spears
- Baguette
- 1 bulb garlic
- Fresh thyme
- Honey
- Salt
Method
- Pre heat oven to 375
- Roast bulb of garlic
- Roast baby potatoes with olive oil salt and pepper for about 40 min or until soft
- Grill or roast asparagus
- lemon zest and salt to taste on vegetables
- Gently bake cheese for about 10 minutes
- Garnish with thyme and drizzle with honey
- Serve with baguette, veggies and garlic
