Chimichurri Sauce

I really love chimichurri sauce it is simple to make and packs a lot of flavour. I also really love garlic and have made a lot of bad chimichurris because I refuse to ever only use 1 clove of garlic. What I have learned the hard way is that 1 clove of garlic is all you need for this recipe. This sauce is very versatile and will go well with grilled meats, veggies or fish.
